Everyone knows the hardest part of even the best laid plans is simply sticking to it. When there’s no clean laundry, when the burn is more than you’re used to or when the mornings are a little colder, it’s always easy to let your brain go on autopilot and relax back into your old routine. You remember your old routine, right? The one that wasn’t working? So this week we’re going to focus on one thought: the power of today.
This week, we don’t care about where you’ll be five weeks from now. We care where you are today. What are your thoughts doing to help you through today? What are the actions you’re taking today to choose a healthy body? Every major change is accomplished through the tiny, habitual actions. So start small. Start with today.
