Just in time to salvage those poor, abandoned New Year’s resolutions, we’re kicking off a team sweat challenge on March 1st: Bari March Madness.

Team sweat challenge, you ask? Why, yes. We believe that teamwork propels motivation and amps up the (healthy) competition that always accompanies our sweat challenges. Plus, if your team is counting on you, you’ll get in trouble for sleeping through that 7 a.m. REEL class.

How to participate:

• Head on over to the Sweat Wall, and sign up for a team! (Yes, all of the team names are hashtags. Use them when you’re crushing supporting each other.)
• Take 21 classes in March.

The reward:

• It’s a surprise, but we hear it will involve a Bari party for all participants who come at least 10 times and an exclusive, not-yet-premiered (or announced!) original Bari product for the winning team.

Bringing Bari to your children’s birthday parties and special occasions has been so much fun (for them and for us!), and we’ve heard your requests for more! We’re so excited to launch this amazing program we’ve all fallen in love with.

BariKIDS (ages 4 - 8) and BariTEENS (ages 9 - 14) are 45-minute creative movement programs that combine elements of dance, gymnastics and games to stimulate young minds and keep their bodies active. Classes incorporate a warm-up, basic variations of our BariBOUNCE trampoline moves and freestyle dance. Fun and engaging, these classes are exercise for both the body and brain.

Schedule:
BariKIDS (ages 4 to 8) - Mondays, 3:45pm
BariTEENS (ages 9 to 14) - Fridays 5:15pm

BariFLIRT Workshop:
- Each class builds on the one before… because “sexy moves’’ don’t just happen overnight.
- Classes focus on moving fluidly and flirtatiously; emphasis is placed on the small, sexy muscles that hold it all together.

This year, Bari will have its own team in the Brooklyn Color Run on July 6, 2013. The team name? Bari Tribe. The team goal? Show these runners that Bari is the best training plan out there. Oh yeah, and have an amazing time.

Ready to Color Run? Follow these steps and don’t miss out. (We missed the boat last year because it sold out in under 24 hours, so we really mean it!)
