With just 17 days left our of summer countdown challenge, we’re making every day — and every meal — count. We’re channeling our May inspiration — choice — and recognizing that vibrant and balanced health comes to us when we make one good decision followed by another… and then another. 

This week, we’re focusing on making the right decisions when eating out. We’re planners by nature, and, at our best, we’re packing our breakfasts and lunches with zeal and even a little culinary creativity. But, sometimes (and by sometimes, we mean often), life happens and we find ourselves too busy and on-the-go to mess around with big batches of oatmeal, quinoa lunch bowls and lugging around tupperware.

This isn’t a dead end in the realm of healthy eating. This week, we’re fine-tuning the art of eating well when eating out. We’ll be blogging about our adventures in healthy eating around the city, and sending some tips and healthy neighborhood finds your way throughout the week.
