BariBOUNCE– Spend class jumping on a fitness trampoline for a high cardio, high adrenaline, low impact class. Joints will stay protected while the heart will exercise to the max. Bands and other props take the clients’ cardio experience to another level.
Some of the top benefits of BariBOUNCE?
- Very low impact form of cardio. You’ll jump and sweat like in a DRIP class, but will feel like you’re doing it on a cloud - no joint or knee pain means you can go longer and challenge yourself harder.
- Improve your body’s two types of circulation:
- Cardiovascular: You will pump blood through your blood vessels, supplying every part of your body with the oxygen and nutrients it needs for proper functioning.
- Lymphatic: Bouncing actually increases your lymph flow and moves and recycles the lymph and blood supply of your entire body. Actually, lymphatic fluid is completely dependent on physical exercise to move. That means your body will detox by flushing toxins out of your body.

BariBOUNCE classes will be opening in December on Mondays at 8:15am, Thursdays at 8:15am and Saturdays at 3pm, beginning on Monday, December 5th.
