Each week, we will give you a workout recipe that has been carefully crafted and strategically structured by our expert trainers to make sure you achieve your best body in time for summer. We’ll also hold peel-focused master classes that will hone in on the details you need to be working on to get the most out of peel. As a peeler, you’ll receive special rates and priority access to these classes.


We begin and end the program with detox weeks to start with a clean slate and go out with a bang(in’ bod). In between, you’ll receive weekly nutrition prescriptions to ensure that your eating habits enhance your results and leave you feeling light, energized and cleansed. You’ll also find nutritionist-approved recipes and nutrition tips in your weekly peel emails.


A healthy body is fueled by a healthy mind, and we’re going to sharpen this connection. During peel, we will learn how to get rid of our limiting beliefs by using a system called remove + replace. We will learn how to erase the negative blocks that stand in our way so that we can come to our workouts and our lives with a healthy, positive outlook.
