With weekly workout regimens, clean eating menus and mindfulness practices, baripeel is the best way to get the results you’ve dreamed of. THE ELEMENTS
the workout

Each week, we will give you a workout recipe that has been carefully crafted and strategically structured by our expert trainers to make sure you achieve your best body in time for summer. Utilizing the different areas of focus in micro, dance and bounce, each week will build off the others to carefully sculpt every inch of your dream body. As a peeler, you’ll also receive special rates, priority access, and invites to exclusive peel community events.

the food

We’ve partnered with SAKARA to make eating well effortless, delicious and effective. We begin and end the program with detox weeks to start with a clean slate and go out with a bang(in’ bod). In between, you’ll receive weekly nutrition prescriptions and menus to ensure that your eating habits enhance your results and leave you feeling light, energized and cleansed.

the mind

A healthy body is fueled by a healthy mind, and we’re going to sharpen this connection with our meditation partner, MNDFL. Through its NYC studio and online platform, MNDFL seeks to enable humans to feel good. Peelers will get access to unlimited streaming (and breathing) via MNDFL’s portable meditation platform, as well as MNDFL studio perks.
