Required before jumping into bari's other class offerings, barione classes offer a fast-paced, attention-driven breakdown of bari’s primary elements: sensory cardio, trampoline cardio and muscle sculpting.
Our signature class, barimacro, is the perfect balance of cardio and muscle sculpting sequences. It is a one hour one-stop-shop, incorporating sensory cardio with band resorption sequencing, mat work and muscular endurance training for the ultimate total body workout.
Consisting of little to no impact, barimicro is a total body conditioning class. The workout includes the use of props such as bari’s signature hanging resistance bands, the barre, bari balls and bari skimmers to target each muscle group, sculpting a lean, long figure from head to toe. And even though Micro doesn’t include either of bari’s cardio elements, you’ll absolutely get your heart rate up and work up a sweat!
Spend class bouncing on a Jumpsport Fitness Trampoline for a high-cardio, high-adrenaline, low-impact class. Trampoline work with the hanging resistance bands takes the bari cardio experience to new heights, and trampoline-based muscle sculpting further challenges strength and balance.
Picking a favorite bari class is akin to picking a favorite child: (almost) impossible. barihybrid is a fully-stocked buffet of your favorite classes (minus the indigestion) - combining everything bari has to offer. Sensory cardio, trampoline cardio and muscle-sculpting sequences allow you to indulge in a taste-of-everything, full-body workout.
bari's all-cardio class, baridrip, features 55 minutes of heart-racing cardio sequences, including band resorption, dance coordination, and plyometrics.
barireel, the lovechild of baridrip and baribounce, is our most intense and advanced all-cardio class. Class kicks off with 30 minutes of heart-pumping sensory cardio sequences and caps off with an equally intense 30 minutes of trampoline cardio. While rumored to be bari’s sweatiest class yet, the high-intensity trampoline cardio lightens the impact of a baridrip class.
Our barifocus series features a variety of quick and dirty 30-minute classes that hone in on a particular body part, prop or movement. Our barifocus offerings include: Sensory Cardio, Bounce, Bands, Abs and Butt.
Containing a combination of the primary bari elements, our approach to movement is reinterpreted to focus on developing power, agility, strength, proprioception, and muscle definition.
