The moon affects our bodies — which are mostly made of water — in a similar way it affects the rising tides of the ocean. Connecting to and harnessing that impact is a powerful tool, and we want to show you the way.


WHAT:

Learn to harness the energy you expel during class — with inspiring language, soul-shaking music and intentional cueing that will guide you deeper within yourself. Shed the past weight of the full moon and set an intention on the new moon.

We’re kicking off new moon classes with bounce for now; expect the same physical workout (and high vibes) you know and love, plus a little added flair and soul.
