THE BARIONE IS OUR TASTE-OF-EVERYTHING INTRO CLASS that features 20 minutes each of dance, trampoline and toning. You’ll learn the sequences, break a serious sweat and be on your way to bari rockstar status.

THE ULTIMATE DANCE CARDIO CLASS. This total body workout will have your heart racing and body moving through a superset dance combination while intermittently incorporating toning moves from our other signature classes.

A TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING CLASS. Consisting of little to no impact. The workout includes the use of props such as bari’s signature hanging resistance bands, the barre, bari balls and bari skimmers to target each muscle group, sculpting a lean, long figure from head to toe. And even though Micro doesn’t include either of bari’s cardio elements, you’ll absolutely get your heart rate up and work up a sweat!

SPEND CLASS BOUNCING ON A JUMPSPORT FITNESS TRAMPOLINE for a high-cardio, high-adrenaline, low-impact class. Trampoline work with the hanging resistance bands takes the bari cardio experience to new heights, and trampoline-based muscle sculpting further challenges strength and balance.

A FULLY-STOCKED BUFFET OF YOUR FAVORITE CLASSES (minus the indigestion) - combining everything bari has to offer. Picking a favorite bari class is akin to picking a favorite child: (almost) impossible. Sensory dance cardio, trampoline cardio and muscle-sculpting sequences allow you to indulge in a taste-of-everything, full-body workout.

When looking at the schedule, you'll notice that each class type (i.e. micro) is also assigned a specific class name (i.e karma). This name denotes the exact class you’ll be taking — specifically, the sequences and series of exercises. A couple things to know about bari's curated classes:

1. They're the best bari workouts. Every damn time. Designed by our senior method team to be effective, fun and addictive, these classes are structured to deliver serious results in record time.

2. Practice makes perfect. They're also designed to be taken 2 to 4 times per month in order to feel the improvement and see the results. For this reason, each curated class stays in the same time slot for one month.
