BariONE – Bari’s introductory private session that is required for all Tribeca new members has become a key component to the Tribeca studio. Apart from participating in a signature Bari class in a one-on-one setting, clients get measured, discuss fitness goals and are taught proper form for injury prevention. Depending on clients’ goals and physical status, they are prescribed a recommended workout plan to achieve maximum results. Not becoming a Bari Tribeca member? BariPRIVÉ – Bari’s in-home and studio personal training program is customized to clients’ individualized needs and fitness goals. Individualized attention and a tailored workout helps the client achieve and maintain a Bari figure. Read more about Group Privés.
Your perfect workout comes in all shapes and sizes. Whether you’re looking for cardio, toning, bouncing on a trampoline – or a smorgasbord of all three – Bari’s class offerings are extensive and carefully crafted.
- BariMACRO – Our signature class, BariMACRO, is the perfect balance of cardio and muscle sculpting sequences. It is a one hour one-stop-shop, incorporating cardio with band resorption sequencing, mat work and resistance training for the ultimate total body workout.
- BariMICRO – Consisting of little to no cardio, BariMICRO is a total body conditioning class. The workout includes the use of props such as the barre, Bari reigns, Bari balls, and Bari skimmers to target each muscle group, sculpting a lean, long figure from head to toe.
- BariDRIP – Bari’s all-cardio class, BariDRIP, features 55 minutes of heart-racing cardio sequences, including band resorption, dance coordination, and plyometrics.
- BariBOUNCE powered by Jumpsport – Spend class bouncing on a Jumpsport Fitness Trampolines for a high cardio, high adrenaline, low-impact class. Joints will stay protected while the heart is worked to the max. Bands and other props take the Bari cardio experience to another level.
- BariHYBRID – Picking a favorite Bari class is akin to picking a favorite child: (almost) impossible. BariHYBRID is a fully-stocked buffet of your favorite classes (minus the indigestion) – combining everything Bari has to offer. Sensory cardio, trampoline cardio and muscle sculpting sequences allow you to indulge in a taste-of-everything, full-body workout.
- TRIBER-in-TRAINING – “Test-out” classes taught by our talented trainees after they have fully immersed themselves in the Bari method. They’ve learned the science, watched the videos and trained for countless hours, and now they’re proving to us, and to you, that they have effectively mastered how to Bari. A best-in-show, start-to-finish class, Triber-in-Training will leave you dripping, quivering, and ideally, eager to sign up for the real thing.
- BariRESTORE – Complements Bari’s practice by incorporating all of Bari’s movements at a much slower pace with a focus on breath and the core, leaving you relaxed and restored
- BariXY – Our men’s program, BariXY is based on our BariMACRO class but with more upper body, abs and plyometrics.
- BariBELLY – Bari’s pre/post-natal program tailors Bari’s signature approach and method to account for the client’s and baby’s well-being – strengthening the core and pelvic floor muscles for the best possible pregnancy and delivery, and preparing the body for an ideal postpartum rehabilitation
- BariREEL – The lovechild of BariDRIP and BariBOUNCE, is our most intense and advanced all-cardio class. Class kicks of with 30 minutes of heart-pumping sensory cardio sequences and caps off with an equally intense 30 minutes of trampoline cardio. While rumored to be Bari’s sweatiest class yet, the high-intensity trampoline cardio lightens the impact of a BariDRIP class.
- Bari WHITE PARTY – Is what working out should feel like on a Friday night. Throw on your favorite white tee for a dance party chock full of sweat and glow-in-the-dark surprises. We promise that Bari WHITE PARTY is more fun than Diddy’s.
- The BariFOCUS – Series includes a variety of quick and dirty 30-minute classes that hone in on a particular body part, prop or movement.
- - BariFOCUS: Abs – Spend 30 minutes getting intimately acquainted with your abs and obliques. For those craving some extra core work, BariFOCUS: Abs is a perfect 30-minute add-on to any of our signature full hour classes.
- - BariFOCUS: Butt – In pursuit of a ‘Bari butt?’ This 30-minute class will get you one step closer. Calling on bands, the barre and other Bari props, BariFOCUS: Butt hits all the major and minor gluteal muscles for the ultimate, butt-sculpting workout.
- BariBOUNCE101 – Caters to the trampoline beginner. We know the trampolines can be intimidating; BOUNCE101 breaks down how to properly control your movements on our Jumpsport Fitness Trampolines, ensuring that – when the time comes to brave a BariBOUNCE class – you’ll get a safe, sweaty and efficient workout. While BOUNCE101 focuses on simple movements, we promise, you’ll still leave drenched.

BariKIDS – A creative movement program that combines elements of dance, gymnastics, and games to stimulate young minds and keep their bodies active. Classes incorporate a warm-up, basic cardio moves, organized games, and freestyle dance.
