Everyone’s favorite Bari breakfast just got a fall facelift.

It was time to say farewell to summer’s New Jersey blueberries and adjust this staple recipe to reflect the produce currently available at our local farmer’s market. Since we’re right in the sweet spot of a long (and hopefully plentiful) fall apple season, it only seemed appropriate that we use New York apples as the star of our fall overnight oats.

And not just any apples. Our Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats will be featuring skillet-baked cinnamon apples, making this breakfast perfect straight from the fridge or warmed up on chillier mornings.  This week’s batch has organic Pink Lady apples from upstate New York – and week to week, we’ll choose whichever apples are at the peak of their season.
